It seems to be only on my computer because when I do it for another one on the same account, it works. However I would like to play it on this one
Code: 0x80070005 Cannot download apps
I cannot download both paid apps and free apps on the store. It only applies to store apps I can download any other apps from epic games etc. easily, and it shows the error after/during "Aquiring License" if that helps. I've tried many many many fixes online but I decided that it was just probably something on your end, so please help me and the others who also have this problem. I have tried all the solutions from these 2 videos too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVGVb5-iK8I and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8atKReTOZbk

2023-01-31T05:34:26+00:00 Hello HSDiamond21,
Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue.
If the issue still persists, Please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.
**Few things to check on the PC
Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade
Download the media creation tool(Click Download tool now) and save it to your computer.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
Open the tool and select Upgrade this PC now.
Make sure to select Keep personal files and apps.
It might take some time to install Windows 10. Your computer will restart a few times, Make sure you don’t turn off your PC
Kind regards,
John DeV
