Problem with Memory Integrity

Hello.

When I start my pc, in Windows security it appears as recommended action the activation of the memory integrity option.

When I activate it, the device needs to reboot. Once it has rebooted, everything works perfectly. So far so good.

However, when I turn the device off and on again, the main computer screen starts to flicker and turns off when I hover the mouse over it.

I restart the device and everything works fine until I turn it off again. When I deactivate the function, everything goes back to normal. I have had this problem since the Memory Integrity feature was introduced and have not yet been able to solve it.

I think the problem has to do with hardware virtualisation.

I have enabled virtualisation in UEFI, and to finish enabling it, all that remains is to enable "Virtual Machine Platform" in windows features. I just realised that the problems also start when I enable this feature. Exactly the same error occurs as I have already specified, but it also happens when I enable "Memory Integrity" directly without enabling "Virtual Machine Platform" (the same happens when "Virtual Machine Platform" and "Memory Integrity" are enabled).

I am using Windows 11.

Thank you very much.

Hi Hal9000_A,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

There must be a compatibility problem between the Memory Integrity and the Graphics card driver.

I will first recommend that you update the graphics card driver to the latest version if it's available.

If not, try to uninstall and reinstall a different driver version.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

I think the problem has been solved.

Thank you very much, Paul Navera!

I'll keep an eye on it in case something happens.

Best regards. I've had this problem for a long time and now I can rest.
