    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    I'm glad to help you.

If the problem occurs after you reset your computer, it means that the 2.4g driver is automatically installed and returned to the old version state after resetting your computer, causing the problem to occur.

Your mouse should have a switch to switch between 2.4g and 5g, do you switch to 5g and the problem still occurs?

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards
