How to remove taskbar glow?

How do I remove the glow from the taskbar when it is hidden? I currently have auto hide task bar enabled but while it is hidden I am still able to see the top outline of the search and the current application.

I am using windows 10 home 21H2 build 19044.2251

    Open Registry Editor then navigate to the path below

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

    Double click ForegroundFlashCount and ForegroundLockTimeout then set their hexadecimal values to 0

    Close Registry Editor then restart your computer
