Cursor Lag Issue

I am having issues where the cursor suddenly stops moving as I move the mouse, making it very hard to get to th part of the screen I need to get to. I have not had this issue before with these devices and have even changed surfaces to double check this is not the issue.

I have also tried 3 seperate mice now, a Lenovo Bluetooth dongle Mouse and Keyboard, a new Trust Bluetooth dongle Mouse, and a Wired Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 v1.0. All with the same issue.

I have also used different USB Ports too.

I am going to see if downloading this helps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/mouse-and-keyboard-center-download-f5b10905-7887-eedb-2f1c-d0737a36a3b2

What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hello Mr, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the mouse cursor stops moving randomly;

    Download Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/mouse...

    Make all pending updates on Windows Update;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Note:Do the optional upgrades too;

    Check if the cursor delay still persists;

    See you soon!
