Where did the MSN comments go?

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

    I logged in as a guest and was able to comment. Same email address as regular MSN.

    When I say what the problem is MSN replies Sorry, there is no results for this issue.
