Input device stop working

Hello.

I've got a new computer not to long ago, however I am encountering a problem with it. While watching YouTube video's the video would buffer and then all the input devices on my computer would stop working including my mouse, keyboard, headphone, etc. It can be fixed by turning it on and off by holding the power button on the computer and then it works normally again.

I haven't been using it for gaming or other tasks at the moment so I am unsure whether it just browsing through the internet and I have reset my pc, local install and clean install to see if that was the problem but that has done nothing to fix it. Additionally, my internet speeds are fine as they work on many other devices throughout my house fine and it reads a number above average on speedtest.net for watching videos.

If you need any other details regarding my pc specs I will happily give them to you.

Many Thanks

    Sorry for the late reply.

The event log file you shared only has 1 event saved.

Did you follow all the steps in saving the system/application event log?

Anyway, I will recommend that you update the chipset driver and BIOS to the latest version.

    Hello.

Sadly I cannot confirm if the issue happens while doing other tasks.

However, I have used 2 different browsers but the outcome is still the same.

Here is the information that used asked as well

    Hi Arthur,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Let's try to isolate the issue.

Can you confirm if the issue also happens when playing games or doing another task?

Can you also try to browse or use youtube on other browsers?

Alos, can you share the System and Application logs?

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click System /Application

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
