Can't enable bitlocker encryption.

Hello. I have a problem. I can't enable bitlocker encryption. I have windows 11 21h2 home single language, I also recently performed a local reinstall of windows.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

You indicate you have Windows 11 21h2 Home Single Language, Bitlocker is only available in Windows Pro and Education, I do not know why that is appearing in your Settings app, but it should not be there, because Bitlocker is not available in the Home versions of Windows.

I would seriously advise you not to enable Bitlocker even if you can, because you risk getting locked out of all your data in Windows 11 Home.
