Hyper-V Hypervisor automatically disables itself when i turn it on in the Optional Features Menu

Heyo,
when i activate the Hyper-V Hypervisor in the Optional Features menu, and click on "OK" and reopen the menu, its unenabled again
i didnt know what happend, its like that since 2 days.
