There are two log ins when I restart. I want to delete the one without the picture. How is this possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the info, this is just a display bug.

    Try the following please.

    1. Press Windows+R, type netplwiz and click OK;
    2. Check "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer." and click OK;
    3. Restart your computer;
    4. When starting again, Press Windows+R, type netplwiz and click OK;
    5. Now uncheck the option "Users must enter a username and a password to use this computer." and click OK;
    6. Restart your computer and check if the problem persists.

    Doing that, just screwed up my microsoft account. Thanks alot. Now I have to try to retrieve my account.

    Hi Larod65

    Open Netplwiz again, toggle on the options to require a password to log into Windows, then restart (not shut down) your PC and go back into Netplwiz and turn off that password option again, that should remove that ghost account.
