Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, do you have Nvidia graphics?

If you do, open the Nvidia Experience app, turn off Game Overlay, and check if the problem still exists after you restart your PC.

    Hi Anniewhitefield-

I'm Kevin B., I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

When did the issue started? Are there any recent changes made on the computer before the issue started?

Kindly follow the steps below and check if it helps

    Run the keyboard troubleshooter

    Press windows key + I

    Click on Updates and Security

On the left pane menu, click on Troubleshoot

    Click on Additional troubleshooter

    Locate and click on Keyboard

    Click on Run the troubleshooter

Follow the onscreen instruction until the process completes

    Restart the computer if needed

Check if the same issue appears

You may also try to update/rollback the keyboard driver on your computer.

Update the keyboard driver on your computer

    Press windows key + X

    Select Device Manager

On the device manager, locate and expand keyboards

Right click on the keyboard driver that is currently installed

    Select Update Driver

    Select search automatically for drivers

Windows will search for an available driver software online

Wait for the process to complete

Restart the computer and check it again.

Please let me know what will happen. Hope this will help and have a blessed day!

    Thanks,

    Kevin B.
