    Hi ArupA.S.R

It depends on how that software was activated, if that is using an emulator or keygen, then that would probably be removed, because they usually are wrapped in malware.

    Hi ArupA.S.R

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Is there any files downloading or any Windows updates downloading in the background which Defender may be scanning, when you are connected to the Internet and Defender is causing high CPU usage?

    2

Open Devender, then select the option to run an Offline Scan, your PC will reboot to perform that scan, then when Windows starts up again, check if the high CPU usage problem still exists.
