    HI,

I just realized that you are referring to a Windows System folder. Unfortunately, we can't take full control of folders that belong to the system.

    Hi Mahadev_412,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Are you using an administrator account?

Can you try to enable the built-inAdministrator?

    >Open “Run” with [Windows] + [R].

    >Type “cmd” and press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Enter].

    >Type “net user administrator /active:yes”.

    > Then check and edit the folder properties again.
