If you press Fn + F11, does that put an application into full screen?

Open Device Manger, then expand the Display Adapters section, what device(s) do you find in that section?

Hi all,
I only noticed it last night but whenever I'm in an application like edge or chrome, and press f11 to go fullscreen, it doesn't work. It instead opens a right-click menu (i.e. with "emoji", "cut", "copy", "paste") and focuses on the url bar. When I press f11 outside of an application, like on my desktop, it does a similar-ish thing and opens a right click menu. Any ideas?
