Hi, my name is Jose, a Windows user like you. I'll be glad to help you today. I'm sorry to hear this.

Please consider that your phone does not recognize Microsoft authentication for shared folder access. The Elise's suggestion is to identify the local user for your Microsoft account. Please select start, type CMD and choose it. When CMD open you will see something like C:\Users<myuser>

Use this folder name as username to access the shared folder from your phone.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

already tried , it doesn't work.
I've tried every combination with my mail address, firstName_lastName, username, microsoft accounts's pwd and windows hello pinCode.

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

You can use a Microsoft account if it has permission for the shared folder, however the user name will not be your email address. If you check the C:\User folder you will see a folder similar to your email address, use this for the username instead.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
