So, earlier some person I know ended falling in a scam and gave other people access to him computer remotely. I tried to find the app they were using to do this, but they always closed the the tabs and were trying even to stop me from turning the computer off. Because of that I turned to deleting everything on the computer and reinstalling the Windows.
I did it, but when after some minutes I connected to internet the screen would start flickering some times and things on the screen would get bigger, like if I had put some lower resolution on the screen, after some time the same thing would happen and return to normal. After that I formated and installed Windows again and logged in without connecting to internet, nothing happened, but then I, when I connected, the same thing happened. I reinstalled some more times (like 2 or 3 times) and the same thing happened every time.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the scammers, but I would like to know if this is common when connecting to internet after installing Windows or if its something I should be concerned.
Also, something I noticed, I that when the computer was on that "low resolution mode" I wasn't able to project my screen to another place.
