Hi, I frequently get the Windows BSOD and I went into the mini dump file and figured out how to view. It says as below.

Can anyone help here? How do I fix this?

    Thank you so much for the responses.

    Yes - I've run it a number of times, and oddly it doesnt detect any BSODs at all even though I have one regularly. And also it says I have no drivers to update when I run it.

    Thanks - would you be able to instruct me on how to do this? I am unfortunately not able to find the right driver to re-download online. I have a Dell Inc. Inspiron 7700 AIO

    Hello, I'm A&K, here to help.

    The information you provided shows that the audio driver is causing the problem, I recommend uninstalling the sound card driver, going to the device manufacturer's official website to download the latest version of the driver and install it.
