Windows 11 - Enable Second users

I have Windows 11 home edition. I have enable family users and created a second local account. I can't seem to find a way to enable them to log on via the logon screen. Any thoughts?

I see dozens and dozens of references to Windows 10 fixes but none of those seem to work with Windows 11.

  1. I have tried the default methods for windows 11 - Enabling a cloud user to log on and enabling a second local account. Both to no avail.
  2. Tried several windows 10 based fixed but those didn't work either.
