Bluetooth cannot detect devices on Windows 10
Hi,
Laptop brand/model: Samsung np350e7c
Last year I installed an SSD harddrive and installed Windows 10. Ever since then, the bluetooth device cannot find devices to pair, particularly BT headphones. It can find smart TVs, though. But it seems active, there seems no technical problem (I can turn it on or off, BT logo is present everwhere it should be, etc.). I have tried a billion of solutions throughout the Internet, including some dozens on answers.microsoft.com, but none of them have worked so far. However, I tried ubuntu through a USB stick, bluetooth was able to find devices immediately and perfectly.
The solutions not worked so far (as far as I remember):
- Troubleshooting
- Update drivers
- Uninstall and reinstall drivers
- Tried other drivers
- Uninstall and reinstall BT device
- Some actions on Services
- Windows repair
- Even reinstalled Windows 10
I would be glad if someone could help me.
