Does "erase all data" delete support drives?

My computer has been very slow because of the RAM getting too busy frequently. So I was going to select this option(after I tried the only delete apps option) when it struck me: "I have a pretty above average graphics card and all that, and I can't do backups of the support driver/apps because my PC is so slow, what do I do?" and I searched the internet for 1 whole week. I couldn't find anything... Can you help me?(I am almost sure it won't delete them but I am not taking any risks.)

P.S. I am Turkish so some translations might be wrong. But I tried to get the same idea.

Hi, Artun!

My name is Caio and I'll be happy to help you today =)

Well, if I understood correctly you want to know if resetting wiping all data, you'd lose the drivers from your GPU, right? If that's the case, yes, factory reset deletes everything.

However, your PC won't stop working because Windows has generic drivers and, once the reset is completed, Windows Update will download the most recent drivers available or you can download from NVidia/AMD manually.

Also, I'd like to say that next time you can write in turkish in MS Community and it translates to us, if needed.

I hope this helps you! Please let me know if I can assist you more.

Best regards,

Caio G.
