2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960) - Error 0x800f0831

Question

I haven't been able to update for several months now. It downloads everything then gives this error. Any help would be appreciated.

I recommend you to download the KB4560960 package from the Microsoft Update Catalog site and then install it manually.

Hi,

This issue occurs because the update that can't be installed requires the manifest of a previous update package.

To fix the issue, follow these steps:

1. Go to Microsoft Update Catalog.
2. In the Search box, enter the package ID of the <Missing_Package>.
3. Download the package and then install it.
4. Reinstall the <Failed_Package>.

I found this thread while searching for a fix for my PC. Recently, windows has been signing me onto a temporary profile. I tried to update windows, but the "2020-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4565483) - Error 0x800f0831" will not install. I even tried using the update catalog and still no joy. Any advise?
