Hello, can someone tell me why I can't disable clipsvc, and I am on windows 11. I want to disable it permanently but when I tell it to stop I can enable it again.

I am Jaspreet Singh.
Clipsvc is an important service required for the proper functioning of microsoft store and downloaded apps/games.
You can manually disable the service but cannot permanently delete it as it would break windows itself.
