Windows 11 upgrade error code 0xa0000400

It's been a while since I'm trying to install windows 11 on my pc. I tried many times, waiting a few weeks after each tries, thinking I was maybe just too impatient to get windows 11, however, it still doesn't work...

I have the dell latitude 3510. I got it thanks to school so the windows version is windows 10 professional education. I did the pc health check and it fits the requirements (i even have the notify in update settings!).

I already searched many times on the internet but can't find any solution for the error code 0xa0000400. Does anyone know what is the problem hidden behind this code? Btw, it doesn't seem very regular compared to many other error code... Does it need to go to complicated settings? (if yes, then i guess i will forget windows 11 bc i don't want to risk doing **** on my pc...)

And if it can be important, i'm french so maybe the update is not fully ready in europe or idk?

Thanks for help !

To upgrade an existing win10 system to win 11, even if the system passes health check requires not least editing Bios settings, Secure Boot, TPM, convert MBR to GPT (the latter requires a paid for third party utility)

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

If a new PC with win10 pre-installed when first setup, that the maker states “ready for Win11” then it can be installed via winupdate

Basically see Dell support
