Hello

I bought a Activation key from Software cascade 3/8/2019 order number 166578 when I purchased this computer from a dude that parts out computers, when i came home i thought i put the key in correctly, maybe i didnt because i cant find the key on this computer,

can you tell me what i should do please, something thats easy and simple.

    I understand that you want to retrieve the Cascade activation key;

    Where did you buy the activation key from?

    Through some website or through the Microsoft Store?

    Initially I recommend that you check your email, usually the activation keys are sent there;

    Keys are not sold on their own, but with the installation media

    A retail version of Office 2016 would have been associated with an MS Account, and you re-install from that MS Account    https://office.com/myaccount
