Please try to download this small free utility - Autoruns for Windows from Sysinternals Live.

- Click and download "Autoruns and Autorunsc".
- Extract the files to your computer
- Run Autoruns64 if you have a 64bit System
- Wait for all processes to load
- In the Filter box, type: dejcbwj
- In the search results, uncheck for any related entries or right click then delete it.
- Restart your computer then check if the issue persists.
**You may also check your Task Scheduler for anything related to dejcbwj
Press Start then search Task Scheduler
Click the Task Scheduler Library
Check for any tasks related to dejcbwj and delete it
