Sync WSUS Failed: Primary authorization request failed

Question

I have a problem with my SUP, the sync failed with the error :

On 06/10/2021 14:33:55, component SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER on computer reported: WSUS Synchronization failed.
Message: Primary authorization request failed.
Source: Microsoft.UpdateServices.Internal.BaseApi.SoapExceptionProcessor.DeserializeAndThrow.
The operating system reported error 2148734218:

in SoftwareDistribution.log:

my environment is Windows Server 2019 with WSUS, SCCM 2103 in one server, port 80, 443 is allowed.

We could check if the WSUS is healthy. Please use this command:

Besides, stop and start the WSUS service:

net stop wsusservice
net start wsusservice

If already done it and it is healthy, we should check SUP is healthy. To troubleshoot SUP, kindly reinstall the SUP to check if the problem is solved.
