Disabled by admin - Windows Subsystem for Android

Hi!

Today I wanted to try the WSA, so I installed it, then installed the launcher, but the wallpaper was solid black. When I try to change it, I get this error:

How can I get a wallpaper back?

    It requires administrator rights to change the background. Are you the administrator account on your pc ?

    Do you have admin privileges on it?

    In the configurations and security tab, do you see the list of devices that you can put admin or not?
