Cannot Query PTR record from Public

Dear Team,

I work for an ISP company, i have two Public name servers configured. I recently registered a PTR record for a customer and to my surprise it is not working at all. Not even reflecting from outside.

Cant wrap my head around it, all other ptr records resolves perfectly. Only this specific zone and specific record it is not populating at all from public.

Can anyone help please.

    I work for an ISP company, i have two Public name servers configured.

    Before we go further, I would like to confirm with you if these two Public name servers are DNS servers with Windows OS? What's the version of these 2 DNS servers?

    How did you register the PTR record?
