Did you mount Win 11 ISO and run setup.exe? If yes, then you can avoid 'getting updates'.

On first dialog click 'Change how Setup downloads updates' and on next dialog select 'Not right now'.

    Hi Tron2008.

I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

What exactly are you wanting to do with this ISO?

Do you want to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11?

If you are trying to upgrade, have you tried using the Installation Assistant?

I suggest temporarily disabling any third-party security software (Antivirus/Firewall) during the procedure.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

Are you trying to update a win10 sys to win11?

To upgrade an existing win10 system to win 11, even if the system passes health check requires not least editing Bios settings, Secure Boot, TPM, convert MBR to GPT (the latter requires a paid for third party utility)

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

If a new PC with win10 pre-installed when first setup, that the maker states “ready for Win11” then it can be installed via winupdate
