From your description, your problem may be caused by hardware failure. You can try the following steps.
1. Try to enter safe mode to see if it still exists.
2. Reinsert your memory and hard disk to see if it may be caused by loose hardware.
3. Execute the system repair command and scan for hardware problems.
Right-click the Windows key,and then left-click the Windows Terminal (admin) option. Press the Enter key after each command:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Also perform a hard disk scan. If you want to scan your system disk, for example, your hard disk is C, you can enter the following command.
chkdsk c: /f
