I understand that you are having trouble installing a third-party paid software on Windows 11.
Since this software is paid software, we were not able to install it on our device to test this situation. So we can only provide some ideas for now.
This software can be installed on systems below Windows 11, but it cannot be installed on Windows 11. This problem seems to be a compatibility issue.
You can try running the installer in compatibility mode: right click on the application, compatibility - run this program in compatibility mode.
Also we noticed that the Java version you are using is 11. Is this the version specified by the software? Is it 64-bit or and the version required by the software?
Will it work properly if I use the current Java official release version Java 8?
