Random Users in User Folder

I have this problem, where i have random users (over 50 of them) in my User Folder. When i try to delete them, it tells me i need permission from "S-1-5-21-3270114583.... Basically just a random Administrator. I am the only user of this device. What can i do?

    This may require you to create a new account for use.

    I noticed that you are using the German interface, I will provide you with the steps in German, which may not be accurate due to the use of translation tools, I hope you can understand

    Die Schritte sind wie folgt

    1. drücken Sie windows+R und geben Sie NETPLWIZ ein

    2. klicken Sie auf Hinzufügen, wählen Sie Anmelden ohne Microsoft-Konto - geben Sie den neuen Benutzernamen ein

    3. wählen Sie dann das neue Benutzerkonto aus und klicken Sie auf Eigenschaften

    4. klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Gruppenmitgliedschaft - ändern Sie auf Administrator - klicken Sie auf OK

    *Starten Sie Ihren Computer neu, melden Sie sich mit Ihrem neuen Konto am System an und gehen Sie zu c:\user*

    Versuchen Sie, Ihren Julia-Ordner zu öffnen. Sie werden dazu aufgefordert, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche "Weiter".

    If everything is fine, you can find your original documents here, and you can delete these folders once you have moved them all to the new location .

    At this point, these folders will be deleted
