Feedback Hub cannot log in
After pressing the sign in button, the pop-up dialog does not appear, or appears very briefly (a few frames) before closing itself.

In this case, you need to go to https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum, as this forum that you posted is just for the stable version.

2022-07-10T05:30:23+00:00 Tried the Repair and Reset options, and also tried the PowerShell command way to reset FHub.
Still does not work. If I spam click on the Sign In button, the dialog may appear for a few frames, or it doesnt appear at all.
I also found out that ALL or most login popups are not working.
For example, trying to switch accounts in Insider Settings > Windows Insider Account. Clicking the 'Edit' button also has this same response.
If it helps, I'm running Win11 Insider Beta 22622.290

Try resetting the Feedback Hub app:
> Press
Windows key +ion your keyboard> Select
Apps> On
Apps & featuressearch bar typeFeedback> Click on the three dots on the right and select
Advanced options> Scroll down and click on
Repair> Check if the issue persists
