Bitlocked

Hello guys, I have a concern. my laptop won't open because I need to have a Bitlocked Key first. But I can't access to my microsoft account because i just recently change my phone number and I can't get the key. All my files will be needed to pass next week. how can I get a Bitlocked Key? I need to wait next month for microsoft to confirm my new number. I wish someone help me 🥺

Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Because you have changed your phone number, the only thing you can do is to retrieve your account number and check whether you can retrieve the bit lock key. You can try the following link to recover the form.
