Thanks for the update. The dmp file shows possible disk corruption / NTFS file system corruption. This can also cause freezing in games.
- Try running this command in Command Prompt. Chkdsk /f /r to resolve any file system corruption.
Ensure that the SATA cables or the HDD/SSD are properly connected.
Remove any other external storage device on your computer to check if they are the one causing it.
- Uninstall any third-party antivirus or Malware cleaner. Use their uninstall tool to fully clean the software.
- Then try running SFC System File Checker to scan and repair system files.

Select Clean and restart
Once the drivers are uninstalled
Install the latest Graphics Card driver
- Reinstall and update these drivers Chipset, network, and sound drivers.
Download the latest driver from the Manufacturer's support website and install it.
Restart your computer.
