Unable to download apps

I am unable to download apps from the Microsoft Store. I've read through the Q&A and have been unsuccessful with those recommendations.

    0.Could you please enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

    1.Are calculator/photo also can not be downloaded from store?
    If the answer is no, what's app you can't download from store?

    2.If you create a new local admin account then logon your system by using this local admin account, will the same issue happen on this new local admin account?

    3.Is there internet proxy or network behavior management in your environment so that it block you download store apps?

    4.What's account did you logon your windows store?

    Hello,

    Try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps:

    1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
    3. Then type following command and press Enter key:

    Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Let the command complete.

    Close Windows PowerShell.

    Let me know if issue still persists!
