What was the result of the command?

Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

Have a look at How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com).

Try restart your PC and see if the problem persists?

You may open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click on it and run as administrator and then type the following command:

    sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs.

    Since when this problem started?

Did you download or install any program before this problem started?

    Have you tried updating Windows?
