My laptop has been shutdown randomly,but when i check event viewer i found out that explorer.exe keep shutdown my laptop,can someone help?

Ok, im gonna do that later. Sorry for my late response im kinda bussy today
Edit: After i scannow it's still turning off
Try restart your PC and see if the problem persists?
You may open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click on it and run as administrator and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs.
I don't know when this happen, I didn't download anything and yes I tried to updating windows

Did you download or install any program before this problem started?
Have you tried updating Windows?
