Program keeps crashing | KERNELBASE.dll issue?

Hey!
I cannot open this program called DS4Windows. I have done everything possible to repair it. I have done everything from reinstalling to everything else.

What have I done to try to fix DS4Windows?

• Reinstalled all runtime requirements
• Uninstalled any required drivers
• Updated or reinstalled any required drivers
• Followed the many methods posted on the DS4Windows subreddit
• Followed the many methods posted on 3rd party sites
• Ran DS4Windows with elevated privileges'

I have taken the time to see what error might occur within the 'Event Viewer' on Windows, this is what I got!

Does anyone know how to fix this error? I have also tried registering KERNELBASE.dll, did the sfc scannow, and so much more.

I always get "The module "kernelbase.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found".

Any idea on how to fix DS4Windows and this kernelbase.dll issue?

Can you provide the following file via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site? (or any .mdmp files in the same directory).
