Exam Scheduling API error

Hi team! I hope everyone is well
I'm having trouble on scheduling my certifications exams.

When I try to use my FTE voucher to schedule an exam this error message appears

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
