Microsoft Aunthenticator

Question

Codes are not generated , approval notifications are not coming to Microsoft Aunthenticator app.

My work account has been greyed out in app

I am not able to raise request from that account it again telling me to approve from authenticator app ..but am not able to do

So raising concern from my personal account

Please help how to resolve the issue

If the Mobile app option is greyed out, it's possible that your organization doesn't allow you to use an authentication app for verification. In this case, you'll need to select another method or contact your administrator for more help.
