OneDrive problem when server starts; Task scheduler;

I have a problem with OneDrive starting Itself when the server reboots for some unexpected reasons that are more frequent these days (Power goes away for a few seconds for example). It starts but it has some sort of a refreshing icon in the Taskbar until I click on it and then the syncing magically begins. We have set up sync via task scheduler in some specific time. I tried to setup another task which will shutdown onedrive half an hour after sync and another to start the app 10 minutes before the sync task . I thought that by doing this i will avoid original problem which is that i have to be present in order to start onedrive after the server shutdown or restarts unexpectedly. The problem that i have when i kill onedrive is that there is ghost process running for which i had to make independent task. Kill task works as it should but start task wont for some reason(What i also noticed is that ghost process doesn't comeback with start task) :/. If someone has a completely different solution to my original problem i will gladly accept it but i would prefer if there is possible correction to my idea.
