Glitchy computer screen

When I try to go on things like games or YouTube, On certain parts my screen is glitching and showing static rainbow pixels, what should I do to fix this?

    The first thing to do is update your graphics card drivers, on the Start Manu type dxdiag and press enter, please send a screenshot of the "Display"tab if there is more than one, send a screenshot of all "Display" tabs
