I have upgraded to Windows 11 on a Dell tower. I replaced an old printer with an HP laser 1001 printer. This new printer works fine with other computers in the house. However on the Dell tower, the printer connects but the print spooler doesn't work so I can't print anything.
I have tried restarting the print spooler, but it immediately stops. I believe the print spooler has been corrupted.
Is there any way to reload or otherwise correct the print spooler? I would prefer not to reload Windows 11.

It says there is no problem. The printer works fine with two other computers one running windows 11 and one windows 10.
Hi Gloriana,
I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.
Might not necessarily a spooler issue.
Have you run HP Print Doctor? If so what does it report?
