Hi Greg, mine is a Logitech wired headset. Once i start a teams call, the computer freezes and i cant use the external mouse and keyboard. Same for Zoom and Webex.
I have to use the computer mic and speakers instead

I have a Lenovo Thinpad T14s AMD Gen 1 with Windows 10 Pro.

On the laptop I am also connected to Bluetooth headphones "Bose QuietComfort 35 II".
In MS Teams sessions, the image freezes irregularly but not infrequently, mouse movements and keyboard strokes are no longer visible. The Bose QC 35 then tells me "Device |Hostname| lost" and shortly afterwards "Device [Hostname] connected".
MS Teams also tells me that there is not enough RAM.

I wonder if the problem has to do with the Windows 10 Pro Bluetooth stack, or if the problem is with the Bose headphones. Fact is: this error is very annoying.

Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. > Additional Troubleshooters.
Update the Bluetooth driver from the PC maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model. While there make sure that you also have the latest chipset, BIOS, display, network, USB and all other drivers, compared to the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button.
The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough.

System Restore is your first line of defense and can take you back to a point before a problem began like a time machine. If it doesn't help then you can undo it. Read about it first in the tutorial above and then try restoring to just before this started.
If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here which I would install now so it's ready:
