Websocket Error

Question

On my home pc, I am getting a Websocket error, see below. I have tried everything, please help

If you see a message that you are missing websocket support:

You will need to enlist the help of your IT department in order to have them change any necessary browser/firewall/web filter settings to allow this.  Blocking completely or allowing 'SSL decrypt and scaning' of secure web sockets will cause a disconnect in the communication path to the learning system site and display the above error message.   

We suggest having your IT Team whitelist all traffic from proxies, layer 7 firewalls, and https decrypt and scan functions to all wildcards of http://*.partnerrc.com  and wss://*.partnerrc.com, as these are known to break connectivity with secure websocket traffic.

If you are a home user, you may need to disable or whitelist the above URLs from any endpoint management, anti-virus or firewall software you may be running.
