Minecraft launch screen

I recently did a factory reset on my computer which deleted everything on it, meaning I had to re download all the apps I wanted which includes minecraft. Whenever I go to the launcher it just stays on the same screen. I tried deleting the .minecraft file but it didn't work. I also went from 10-11 but that shouldn't have been a problem as I upgraded before I downloaded anything

    Some users are having problems with the new launcher, downloading and installing the launcher for Windows 7/8 should fix the problem. You can download the launcher for Windows 7/8 at this link.
