Set Computer Name to BIOS Asset Tag in Task Sequence Media

Question

We have an offline network setup, which is not connected to our main network.
I would like to create a Task Sequence Media that can image these computers offline. I have done this by creating a Task Sequence and then a Standalone Task Sequence Media from that TS.
The problem I am having is setting the Computer name.
All of the machines have a unique name set in the Asset Tag field in the BIOS

How can I go about configuring the Task Sequence to look up the Asset Tag and then assign that value as the hostname in the Operating System.

I have seen a couple of answers to similar, but it involves using the Unknown Computer Device Collection, which I will not have access to, as this is a Standalone Media.
