My new laptop has Windows 11. I cannot open pdf attachments, with Edge or adobe. Why?

    Did you are receiving an error message when are trying to open the pdf attachments? if yes, please attach a screenshot of the error message to help to identify what is causing the problem.

    So what happen when you double click a pdf attachment

    You are using what Mail Client? or is it simply web browser access?

    If you have not purchased Office 365 then uninstall the pre-installed Office 365 Family trial via add/remove dialogue
