Hi, there, I’m having problem with my laptop. I have generic audio driver as one of my problem. I don’t how what cause it or have to fix the problem. Can you help me?

Go to the support area of your computer manufacturer's website, download the latest audio driver, and install it.
Preferably, look for the audio driver for Windows 11. But if it's not available, download the latest one for Windows 10.
If you can't find the correct driver, let me know the manufacturer and model of your computer.
