I keep getting Unexpected Store Exception BSODs running Windows 11 on my HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ds1010wm and have tried a number of troubleshooting steps including:

Windows Update

Hard Reset

Disabling fast startup and sleep
Change to High Performance Power Plan
Driver Updates
Disabling Antivirus
Removing Temp Files
Disabling File History
Running SFC
Running chkdsk /r
Running Memory Check
Running HP Hardware Diagnostic Tests

None of these have worked. Any help would be appreciated.

I did a repair install of Windows from a system image as well. Problem persists.

I searched for it in File Explorer and couldn't find it. I went into file explorer options and made sure I was able to see hidden and system files. Still couldn't find it. I ran a search in the whole drive for *.dmp, and the search turned up nothing.

    Hi jammon39,

Please check in the C:\Windows folder, is there a very large file named Memory.dmp?

    Thanks Dave!

I can't find that address or folder on my C drive.
I also tried putting the address into Run, and couldn't find the folder.

I have cleaned my PC up recently, but have had BSODs since then, so not sure why I'm not finding it.

    Hi jammon39

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
